StakeBench ("the Service") is a game testing and review platform for iGaming slot games. Game studios ("Providers") submit games for technical checks and structured play-testing; experienced players ("Reviewers") test games and provide feedback for compensation. StakeBench is not a casino, does not accept wagers, does not offer real-money gambling, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Stake.com or Stake.us.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Accounts are created via Discord sign-in; you are responsible for the security of your Discord account. Access may be invitation-only, and we may approve, refuse, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion. You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Reviewer compensation accrues per completed review at the tier rate shown in your account and is payable in USDC on the Solana network to the wallet address you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your wallet address; on-chain transfers are irreversible. Fraudulent, automated, plagiarized, or bad-faith reviews may result in forfeiture of accrued balances, clawback of paid amounts, and account termination. Reviewers are independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes. Uploaded bet-archive files are used to verify platform experience as described in the Privacy Policy.

Review packages are purchased in USDC on the Solana network at the prices displayed at checkout. A package activates when we confirm the on-chain payment. Package credits (games and play-tests) are as described at purchase, are non-transferable, and expire 12 months after activation unless stated otherwise. Because reviews are a service performed by people, payments are non-refundable once review work has begun; unused packages may be refunded at our discretion. Reviewer feedback represents individual opinions — we do not guarantee outcomes, ratings, or listing decisions by any third-party platform.

Providers retain all rights to submitted games and materials, and grant StakeBench a limited license to host, display, and process them for the purpose of providing the Service. Review feedback is licensed to the relevant Provider for use in improving and marketing their game. You may not upload content you lack rights to, malware, or unlawful content.

You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or bulk-export data; use automation to complete reviews; misrepresent your identity or platform history; or use the Service to violate any law, including gambling regulations applicable to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT FEEDBACK, VERIFICATION RESULTS, OR ANALYTICS ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAKEBENCH'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal necessity. Accrued reviewer balances earned in good faith remain payable after termination unless forfeited under Section 3.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
