Account data: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar (via Discord sign-in — we never see your Discord password or email unless Discord shares it). Profile data you provide: survey answers, Stake username (used only to read your public VIP level), and Solana wallet address for payouts. Bet archives: if you upload a Stake bet-archive file, we process it to verify slot-play activity and store the file and a statistical summary (games played, bet counts, platform, date range). Provider data: studio details, game builds, math files, and submission materials. Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, pages requested) for security and operations.

Verifying reviewer eligibility and platform experience; computing reviewer tiers and compensation; running game reviews and producing feedback for providers; processing USDC payments and payouts; securing and operating the Service; and complying with legal obligations. Qualitative feedback may be processed by AI services (Azure OpenAI) to produce aggregated insight reports for the game's provider; feedback shown to providers is anonymized (reviewers are identified as "Reviewer 1", "Reviewer 2", etc.).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not ask for your Stake password, email, or 2FA codes — ever. We do not use your bet archives for anything other than eligibility verification and the statistics shown to you and administrators.

Service providers that host our infrastructure (Microsoft Azure: hosting, database, storage, AI processing) process data on our behalf. Anonymized review feedback is shared with the relevant game provider. On-chain payment data (wallet addresses, transaction signatures) is inherently public on the Solana blockchain. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

Account and profile data is kept while your account is active. Bet archives can be deleted on request. Payment and payout records are retained for bookkeeping and audit purposes. Server logs rotate on a short schedule.

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (subject to records we must keep for audit/legal reasons) by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have additional rights.

Data is stored in Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and managed identities (no shared credentials in application code). No system is perfectly secure — report suspected issues to the contact below.

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
